This Week's Rehearsals
- Tuesday, 10/15 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)
- Wednesday, 10/16 - Honor Flight (during the school day)
- Thursday, 10/17 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)

Friday, 10/18 - Away Football Game at Delsea Regional HS (242 Fries Mill Rd, Franklinville, NJ 08322)
*Wear your blue member shirt. Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime.
- 5:45pm, Report and Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses
- Students may stay after school in the Band room if they can't get a ride to the HS in time.
- 6:05pm - Depart on WHS Buses (15 min bus ride)
- 6:20pm - Arrive at Delsea Regional HS
- 7pm - Game Starts
- Halftime - We will watch Delsea Regional's Band perform, then students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents.
- 9:30pm – Approximate game end
- 9:45pm – Depart Delsea Regional HS
- 10pm – Approximate Return to WHS
- 10:10pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Saturday, 10/19 - Rehearsal & Halloween Parade
- Rehearsal
*Please eat lunch before you arrive
- 11am, report
- 11:15am, load equipment, travel to the practice field, and set up props
- 12:15pm, rehearse
- 2:45pm, stop rehearsal, clean up props, and bring everything back to the high school
- Students that are not participating in the parade are dismissed after cleaning up
- Monroe Township Halloween Parade!
*Let Mr. Kuntz know if any younger siblings want to hold the banner in the parade!
- 3:45pm, rehearse parade music (Ghostbusters and Battery Cadence) in the theater parking lot after packing up at the practice field. Both songs need to be memorized!
- 4:15pm, pack, eat and dress. Students wear costumes during the parade! Some sections like to do theme costumes!
- The Band Parents will be providing cheese steaks during dinner break! If you do not want to eat cheese steaks, please bring something else for dinner.
- Use the bathroom before we leave! There are no restrooms to use once we're at the parade.
- 5:45pm, depart WHS (need to arrive early to be at the front of the line)
*Parents marching in the parade with us should meet us at the CVS parking lot around 6:30pm. We recommend parking at the end of the parade (near Oak Knoll Elementary) and walking to the start of the parade.
- 7pm, parade begins. We march down main street.
- 7:45pm, return to WHS after parade and clean up
Sunday, 10/20 - TOB Region 1 Chapters Championships at Eastern Regional HS (1401 Laurel Oak Rd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043)
- 12:25pm - Report to High School for attendance, pack blue trailer at High School, and change into uniforms (Eat before you arrive and wear your 2024 tour shirt).
- Parents, if you're helping with truck packing, please meet us at the High School.
- 1:40pm - Depart Williamstown
- 2:20pm - Arrive at Eastern Regional HS
- Unpack the trucks
- Build the props
- Use the bathrooms (last opportunity to use bathrooms until after the performance)
- 3:15pm - Warm Up
- 4:45pm - Perform
- After our performance:
- Pack up instruments
- Pack up props
- Students will have the opportunity to purchase concessions (most likely cash only) and watch some of the other bands perform
- 5:45pm - Awards
- All students should be sitting in a group during the host band's performance and during the awards ceremony.
- Staff will attend judges critique.
- 6:45pm - Load Buses and return home
- 7:25pm - Approximate Return to WHS
- 7:55pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

- Tuesday, 10/29 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)
- Wednesday, 10/30 - HS Fall Band Concert in Middle School Auditorium
- Only Wind Ensemble and Concert Band are performing. All are welcome to attend! Free event!
- Thursday, 10/31 - No Rehearsal. Enjoy Halloween!
- Friday, 11/1 - Playoff Football Game or Rehearsal
- If we have a playoff football game we will only be a pep band (home or away).
- If we don't have a playoff football game, we will rehearse from 4:30pm - 7:30pm (this includes set up and clean up).
*This is a slight change compared to what's on the original calendar. On the original calendar we scheduled a Christmas parade rehearsal if there's no playoff football. Please contact Mr. Kuntz asap if you have any pre-existing conflicts.
- Saturday, 11/2 - Rehearsal & Parent Send Off Performance
- 11:30am - Report and Rehearsal
- 4pm - Parent Send Off Performance in the MS Stadium (everyone's invited!)
- Sunday, 11/3 - NJMBDA State Championships (the final competition of the season!) at The College of New Jersey (Schedule Coming Soon)
- 7:30am Report (if we perform 1st)
- TCNJ is about 1hr 30 min drive
- Our performance time will be some time between 12:15pm - 3pm (random draw)
- To purchase tickets, visit this link! Tickets will not be sold at the door! Spectators are more than welcome to purchase tickets the day of the event, or even on their phone at the gate, but there will be no cash handling, or kiosks at TCNJ.
