This week’s rehearsals

- Tuesday, 8/29 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)

- Thursday, 8/31 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)

Friday, 9/1 - Away Football at Kingsway HS (201 Kings Hwy, Woolwich Township, NJ 08085)

- 3:30pm - Report to HS & Practice Pep Tunes (September, Duel of the Fates...etc.)

*Wear your blue polo (or member shirt if you don't have a polo). Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime.

- 4:30pm, Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses

- 4:45pm, Depart WHS on buses (35 min bus ride)

- 5:20pm, Arrive at Kingsway Regional HS

- 6pm, Game Starts

- Halftime - We will watch Kingsway Band's performance, then students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents.

- 8:30pm, Approximate game end

- 8:45pm, Depart Kingsway

- 9:20pm, Approximate Return to WHS

- 9:35pm, Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

Saturday, 9/2 - No Rehearsal!

Upcoming rehearsals and performances

- Tuesday, 9/5 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)

- Wednesday, 9/6 - First Day of School! - Pep Band (high school students only) Performs at 7:15am as all students walk into the building (6:30am report at theater entrance, more information coming soon).

- Thursday, 9/7 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report) & Band Parent Meeting (8pm in HS Band Room)

- Friday, 9/8 - Home Football game vs. Millville HS. We perform during halftime!

- Saturday, 9/9 - Rehearsal (9am - 4pm, 8:30am report)

*Practice loading the blue trailer with parents present at 4pm.
