Friday, 3/28 - Jazz Competition - Oakcrest HS (1824 Dr Dennis Foreman Dr, Mays Landing, NJ 08330)

• 3:20pm, Report for attendance, already dressed in concert black. Travel reminders.

  • If you can't go home and come back, you're welcome to stay in the Band room after school.

• 3:45pm, Load the bus and depart

• 4:30pm, Arrive at Oakcrest HS

  • Load in, unpack instruments, use bathrooms

• 5:30pm, Warm Up

• 6pm, Performance

  • Tickets: $15 general admission, $10 students

• After Performance

  • Pack up instruments and equipment

  • Students can bring money for concessions after our performance.

  • Watch other groups perform.

    • 6:25pm, Absegami HS

    • 6:50pm, Cedar Creek HS

    • 7:15pm, Penns Grove HS

    • 7:45pm, EHT HS

    • 8:10pm, Millville HS

    • 8:35pm, Hammonton HS

    • 9pm, Oakcrest HS

• 9:25pm, Awards Ceremony

• 10:25pm, approximate load buses (40min drive)

• 11:05pm, approximate return to WHS

• 11:20pm, approximate dismissal after clean up
