5:15pm, Report for attendance, already dressed in concert black. Travel reminders.
If you can't go home and come back, you're welcome to stay in the Band room after school.
5:30pm, Load the bus and depart for Schalick HS
6pm, Arrive at Schalick HS
Load in, unpack instruments, use bathrooms
Be in auditorium seats for Pitman's performance at 6:25pm. Watch a few groups before warming up. Check out the line up of performances here.
7:40pm, Warm Up
8:05pm, Performance
Students can bring money for concessions before/after our performance.
9:45pm, Awards Ceremony
10:45pm, approximate load buses
11:15pm, approximate return to WHS
11:30pm, approximate dismissal after clean up
