Friday, 3/24 - Jazz Competition - Arthur P. Schalick HS (718 Centerton Rd, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318)

*Eat something before you arrive.

• 5:15pm, Report for attendance, already dressed in concert black. Travel reminders.

  • If you can't go home and come back, you're welcome to stay in the Band room after school.

• 5:30pm, Load the bus and depart for Schalick HS

• 6pm, Arrive at Schalick HS

  • Load in, unpack instruments, use bathrooms

  • Be in auditorium seats for Pitman's performance at 6:25pm. Watch a few groups before warming up. Check out the line up of performances here.

• 7:40pm, Warm Up

• 8:05pm, Performance

  • Students can bring money for concessions before/after our performance.

• 9:45pm, Awards Ceremony

• 10:45pm, approximate load buses

• 11:15pm, approximate return to WHS

• 11:30pm, approximate dismissal after clean up
