4:30pm, Report for attendance, already dressed in concert black. Travel reminders.
If you can't go home and come back, you're welcome to stay in the Band room after school.
5pm, Load the bus and depart
5:30pm, Arrive at Schalick HS
Load in, unpack instruments, use bathrooms
Students can bring money for concessions before our performance.

8:55pm, Performance
Tickets: $14 for adults and $10 for students/seniors.
9:45pm, Awards Ceremony
10:45pm, approximate load buses (30min drive)
11:15pm, approximate return to WHS
11:30pm, approximate dismissal after clean up
